Dear ARIA Residential Complex buyers. We would like to inform you that all

construction and installation work is currently underway:

1. Elevators have been connected to a permanent power supply in all sections

2. Waterproofing work is being performed on the terraces above the non-residential

premises in Sections 1 and 2

3. In Section 1, common areas and hallways are being renovated.

4. Construction debris and glass are being removed from the ARIA residential complex grounds

5. In Section 5, work is ongoing to address the client’s construction-related concerns
