Dear ARIA Residential Complex buyers. We would like to inform you that all

construction and installation work is underway:

1. Water meters have been installed in all apartments and non-residential

premises of the building.

2. Work is underway to connect the water meters to the monitoring system.

3. Power cables are being installed in the elevator shafts of the third section.

4. Waterproofing work is being carried out on the terraces above the non-residential spaces.

5. Plastering of the lobby and common areas

of the embassy building has been completed. The installation of floor tiles in these

areas has also been completed.

6. Common areas and hallways in the second section are being renovated.

7. Installation (replacement) of damaged double-pane windows in the building is underway.

8. Preparations are underway to connect the water supply to the “Aria” residential complex—

the water utility has signed off on the hydraulic test reports. Work on

the sewer system is nearing completion for subsequent approval by the water utility.
