all construction and installation work is currently underway:

Section Z

Facade work is being carried out.

Floor screed installation has been completed on the 24th and 25th floors.

Plastering work is underway in the common areas on the 14th floor.

Plumbing work is underway to install water supply risers,

heating, and the fire protection system for the second zone.

Lighting installation in the common

areas from the 14th to the 25th floors has been completed.

Preparatory work is underway to install stairs leading to the basement.

Section M

Facade work is underway.

Work has been completed on the electrical, heating, water supply, and

fire protection systems on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Work has been completed on installing the floor screed on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Work has been completed on installing lighting in common

areas from the 2nd to the 7th floors.
