What is currently happening at the Senat residential complex construction site?

Following the completion of the main construction work, the team is continuing

to prepare the complex for the next phases of the project. The main

focus is on external utility networks and the completion of technical work.

As of now:

✔️ The building’s structural work is fully complete; facade work is in

its final stage

✔️ Floor screeds have been poured in the apartments; the heating system and

internal utilities have been installed

✔️ Common areas and open terraces have been prepared

✔️ The building’s utility infrastructure is ready for operation: boiler room,

electrical panel, and pumping equipment

✔️ Final finishing work is underway in the entrance area
