We are providing you with an updated report on the construction progress of the M6 project as of

November 1, 2026.

1. Exterior Work and Building Outline

Facade work (90% complete): Final stage. Full completion

is scheduled by the end of this year.

Analysis of schedule deviations: A delay of approximately

3 months occurred due to damage to part of the facade caused by a strike on

a neighboring industrial building. To date, a full defect inspection,

demolition, and restoration work have been carried out—the consequences have been fully resolved.

Roofing: Roofing work is 100% complete.

Interior masonry: All interior masonry work required

for the facility’s commissioning has been fully completed.

2. External Utility Networks

Stormwater drainage: The facility has been fully connected to the external system.

Sewage system: Work is ongoing to connect the building to external networks.

Power supply (transformer substation): Preparation of the

transformer substation room for transformer installation has been completed. Work is underway

to install the cable route for the external power supply.

3. Internal utility systems and equipment

Elevators: Installation of all elevators is fully complete;

commissioning work is ongoing.

Water Supply and Sewer System: Installation of the internal

water supply and sewer networks has begun.

Fire Safety: Work has begun on installing the internal

fire suppression system.
