all construction and installation work is currently underway!

Work has been completed on installing the waterproofing membrane on the roofs

of blocks 3, 4, and 5. Work has been completed on installing the waterproofing and

concrete surface of the parking area on the 2nd floor of blocks 1 and 2.

Work has been completed on installing the steel structures on the roofs of blocks 3, 4, and 5.

Work is underway on installing the interior walls of the first floor in blocks

1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Work is underway on the construction of interior walls on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th

floors of blocks 3 and 4.

Work is underway on the installation of translucent

enclosure structures for the facade from the 2nd to the 5th floor.

Installation of a ventilated facade:

Ceramic tiles have been installed on the plane along Axis 12 on the side facing Maksymovych Street

The insulation framework and ceramic tiles have been installed on the first floor on

the plane along Axis A, Maksymovych Street

We began installing the framing and insulation on the 1st floor along the plane on Axis 1

on the side facing Okhtyrskyi Lane

We began installing the framing and insulation on the 2nd floor along the planes on Axes 4

and D on the stylobate

Installation of translucent facade enclosures on the 1st

floor of Blocks 4 and 5 (installation of insulation and joints).

Work continues on the installation of elevator equipment in Block 3.

Work is underway on the preparation and finishing of the technical room (the floor screed

for the first floor has been completed)

Work is underway to construct the access ramp to the unloading ramp from the side of

Okhtyrsky Lane (concrete has been poured for the foundation slab and the access ramp to

the unloading ramp).

Work has been completed on the installation of storm sewer systems in the basement, blocks 1 and 2.

Work has been completed on the installation of storm sewer systems from the roof to

the basement in blocks 3, 4, and 5.

Work is underway on the installation of water supply and sewer systems in the basement,

blocks 4 and 5.

Installation of fire smoke exhaust system equipment has begun.
