Dear Orange City Residential Complex Buyers, We would like to inform you that

all construction and installation work is currently underway:

1) Masonry work:

- exterior walls are 97% complete,

- interior walls and partitions in Section #2 are complete up to and including the 26th floor,

- interior walls and partitions in Section #1 are approximately 80% complete.

2) Facade:

- One end wall has been completed,

- Brackets for air conditioning units are currently being installed,

- Insulation work is underway on the walls and balconies on both sides of the building.

3) Roof:

- Masonry work on the roof extensions is fully complete,

- Insulation and screed work on Section #2 are fully complete,

- Roof insulation on Section #1 is fully complete.

4) Ventilation:

- Installation of smoke exhaust fans has begun in Section #2.

5) Electrical:

- Cable trays along the risers have been fully installed,

- Installation of lighting cables is underway.

6) Windows:

- Fully installed in Section #2,

- 85% installed in Section #1.

7) Plumbing:

- Water, sewer, fire protection, and heating risers have been fully installed

in Section #2,

- Fan pipes are being installed in Section #2,

- Installation of cast-iron sewer pipes in the basement is in its final stages.
