As of now, several key milestones have been completed

at the M6 Urban Residences construction site.

✔️Work is underway on the waterproofing membrane

for the roofs of blocks 3, 4, and 5, and the steel framework has already been installed.

✔️In blocks 1 and 2, waterproofing and the concrete paving of the

parking lot have been completed.

✔️Interior walls are being erected in all five blocks; in the third and

fourth blocks, work has already reached the fifth floor.

✔️Elevator equipment has been installed in Block 3, and the storm

drainage system has been installed in the basements of Blocks 1 and 2.

✔️Work on translucent structures is underway on the first floor of

Blocks 4 and 5.

✔️On the premises, the brick fence on the side of Okhtyrskyi Lane

is being dismantled, and the floor screed has been completed at the transformer substation.
