Dear ARIA Residential Complex buyers. We would like to inform you that all

construction and installation work is currently underway:

1. Work is being carried out to configure the fire alarm and

alert system.

2. In the non-residential section of the embassy building, the installation of pipes for

the air conditioning system is underway. (or: ventilation and air conditioning)

3. Power cables are being installed in the elevator shafts of Sections 1, 2, and 3.

4. Work is underway on the installation of the lightning protection system—this is

the final stage of the work.

5. Plastering work has begun in the lobby of the embassy building. Plastering

work is also underway on the floors of Section 5.

6. In Section 3, renovation of common

areas and corridors is underway.

7. Replacement (or installation of new ones in place of) damaged double-pane windows in the building.
