The team is currently focused on connecting external utilities and completing

the technical infrastructure.

As of now:

✔️ The building’s structural work is fully complete

✔️ All window frames have been installed

✔️ Floor screeds have been poured in the apartments and the heating system has been installed

✔️ Internal utilities have been fully installed

✔️ Doors have been installed and soundproofing work has been completed

✔️ Facade work is in its final stages

✔️ Common areas and open terraces have been prepared

✔️ The building’s engineering infrastructure is ready for operation: boiler room,

electrical panel, and pumping equipment

✔️ Structures have been installed in the commercial spaces

✔️ Apartment number signs have been installed on the floors

✔️ Finishing work in the entrance area is nearing completion
